Real estate lawyer in Rio Grande

Hello!

I’m purchasing my first home and I don’t know much of any of the process. I do know I need a lawyer that knows Rio Grande to help get me a loan, paperwork done, etc.


does anyone have any recommendations on how to start the process for a first time home owner?

Greetings Daniel!

I found Cristian Manuel Rivera Luzunaris to be a good attorney, knowledgeable and speaks in easy to understand layperson terms.  I especially appreciated that he speaks both Spanish and English.  Although his practice is in Humacao, you can contact him for a recommendation to an attorney closer to you.
