Dogs on travel bus?

Hello all! I have recently come to Panama and am currently in PC. I have a belgian malinois that is 45lbs and on the very small side for the breed. I would love to make my way to David but we don't have a car. I did hear that you can take a bus from Allbrook. My only thing now is, how much luggage can you take on a bus ride? And do they allow dogs? If not. Does anyone know of any reasonably priced modes of transportation from panama city to David? Thanks so much.
