Try Bonita Bodega. It’s a small shop, but they carry a decent selection of healthier products including vegan and gluten free items.

Finding organic produce will be more difficult - it’s my understanding that there is no government agency that certifies farms as organic.

Thank you for the information. Your replies are helpful and discouraging at the same time! I had hoped to find certain things , haven’t even yet found soap that isn’t full of chemicals…. So far I have been to Jumbo, Sirena, the vitamin store next door and Lindo.  The search continues ☺️

To clarify there is an agency and process for farms to be classified as organic.
