We are finally in the planning stages of our move to DR! (We've been members here since 2014 and purchased a fixer upper on the north coast in 2015!) We are also shopping for a new bank...what bank would US Expat.com members recommend?
Update our bank is Bank of America in US. We use Remitly (money transfer service) to Scotia. The transfers have gone smoothly with Scotia but sometimes got held with Banco Santa Cruz. We found an English speaker at our branch which helps. Scotia ... Read More
