I am disabled anyone have a name and phone number of an agency that provides home healthcare services. Can anyone help me with a name and phone number of an agency in the Puerto Plata Area?

Welcome to the forums. I am sorry I am not aware of any agency for this. Normally people simply hire what help they need.  That isn't always an easy solution.
