taxes and fees on EV's

Hi, I know there aren't import fees on EV's such as Tesla, but are there other taxes? I understand that IVA could run very high or sales taxes?  Are EV's exempt from all taxes?

I think I know that, while EVs may not be subject to import duties, they are still subject at least to the annual marchamo which is mostly based on the value of the vehicle as the government computes it.


Too, consider the cost of electricity. The first 200kwh each month are cheap; after that, the rate doubles.
