If he's truthful about that, no reason to expect a Vietnamese woman to fall for him

Try the Vietnam Cupid web site, full of Vietnamese ladies looking for a relationship. The website can give you initial contact, the rest is up to you

Avoid bars, clubs.  In your area, befriend a Vietnamese person ( male or female). It's highly likely they know someone who wants to meet a foreigner that can help her find a better life or  better relationship. 

Use Zalo because that's what they mainly use to communicate.  If you are in a relationship forget if.  They are smarter than you and drop you like a rock or their sibling brothers will drop you to the floor.
