How to write the name in Vietnamese marriage certificate form

Hi guy
Im British citizen, I'm so confusing about how to fill my name in Vietnamese marriage certificate application form. They require like Surname+ middle name+ First name ( this is Vietnamese name rule ). And in passport , the name is shown Given name=First Name+Middle Name. SHOULD I fill in the form as Surname+middle name+ First name Or Surname+First name+Middle ( as in passport ) ? Can anyone give me advice ?

Your name in the passport is written in Western style while the Marriage Certificate is a Vietnamese form. You must write your name as indicated on the form and as per the country’s custom, even if it’s the reverse of what your passport shown. The officials would not have any problems comparing the two.

I did Surname+ middle name+ First name per VN custom since it's their form and country. No issues with our immigration visa application for my wife and daughter to go to the US. We still have our interview but that's a formality. It passed inspection on the application.
