This thread is getting hard to follow and the OP has not participated since #17.  As neither he nor his girlfriend have degrees, the discussion of racism by school owners is kind of a moot.

Agreed.. no degree makes getting a job legally tricky. Skin colour with the right background and qualifications wouldn't impact job chances..

None of which makes a tiny bit of difference if the OP isn't here to read.. absorb and use the information provided..
