Probably just a simple error. I also saw the number but I checked it out before touching it. As it was a public number for a government organization, I ignored it.

You really don't want that that stuff on the forums but, If you do, think it but don't post it as the forum's owner gets really shirty about that stuff.

Why not let Fred answer for himself?   That is if he chooses to do so.  Also "Violations of the Code of Conduct" doesn't really tell us anything.   That really should be the only reason that anyone is banned.   After all people shouldn't be banned for violating unwritten rules?  At least I certainly hope not.   We know that in the past some people have tried to cite portions of the Code that don't exist.  What would be nice to know is what parts of the Code as written.
