I've been using Essence Fabric Starch spray (not aerosol), manufactured by Lion Thailand under the authorization of Lion Japan. I use it to starch the brim of my hats and the collars of my linen shirts (which stay crisp for many washes afterwards.) I'm pretty happy with it.

It's sold in Lotte Mart but probably available at other supermarkets as well.
