I searched for ''Pet lovers in Saigon'' on Google, and the first result I found was:

Dog Lovers Ho Chi Minh City

Perhaps you could post your request there, as you may find other pet owners who can help.

Are you soliciting donations? If not, a simple search shows multiple pet supply stores in Thao Dien (not Thai Dien).

I've lived in Vietnam for 9 years now, and am currently in Saigon on business. On my runabouts over the past three days, I've noticed dozens of newly opened pet supply shops. There's no shortage of them.
