House rent - question about price

Guys, I want to ask... I rented a house in Lamai for 3 months (january - march) - two big rooms (livingroom with kitchen and bedroom), bathroom, etc.. What is usual price per month? I want to know if I pay a lot or a little, or an usual price... :-) Thanks.

Most of contract are 12 months if you rent for less price can be very high and depends what is included inside like wifi mooban fees or common fees etc......

Usually this can be more see. Like holidays rental and owner who rent short term like in Airbnb do lot of money

I have this house only for three months, furnitured, including wifi, but excl. elektricity. I rented it from another expat, living on Koh Samui long time.
