Hello everyone out there..does anyone know a nice place/restaurant to get healthy desserts in Bangkok..kindly recommend a place..i would love to grab healthy desserts around the area...

It's purely a dessert place, I reckon. The stuff that they use seem fresh and healthy, although the result could be borderline sinful :p Are you on a healthy diet or a vegetarian?

Then you won't have a problem there.
I find that it's hard to find dessert places in Bkk, but that was one I went to last week--and it's packed esp after dins.
If you know penny's corner on the main sukhumvit road, just hop across the road and head to the back where this place lies.
