I will be flying into Bangkok. How quickly or easily is it to get to Pattaya from Bangkok or are you able to fly into Pattaya? I've heard that Pattaya recently opened a U.S. Veterans Clinic (VA).

You can't fly into Pattaya from Bangkok. There are regular buses from the 2 airports, or a taxi costs about 1,500 baht.
