Arrival destinations in Thailand by Coltonholbrook28

I will be flying into Bangkok. How quickly or easily is it to get to Pattaya from Bangkok or are you able to fly into Pattaya? I've heard that Pattaya recently opened a U.S. Veterans Clinic (VA).
