Is there any sponsorship for foreigners as truck drivers?

Christian is my name from Ghana truck driver with many experiences, 33 of age, is my dream to work in Thailand as a driver.

Please, i will like to know if there is any company looking for truck driver and will sponsor them with Visa? Or any person who can help me to get there and work as a heavy duty driver I will be grateful.
