Singapore PR Approval

Good day everyone,

I applied for SPR last year May 2020 and the status is still pending. During the PR application, I was under EP and last month my EP renewal was rejected and my company didn't managed to secure me an EP. I'm currently under WP and the PR status still shows pending.
1. Do I need to update the ICA reg. my new WP?
2. Chances of approval of PR as it's still pending for 13 months for a single Malaysian Indian female with annual income of SGD115,000 and with Master degree in Food Tech.

Appreciate any input regarding my queries above.

Just to better understand your situation and advice you, you applied for SPR/ PR on what basis? Salary and educational background ain’t enough to secure a PR.

You could do a chaser to get to understand why the PR application is pending, given a lot of PR applications have witnessed swift turnaround times recently.

You could also write to inform the changes to your work permit status.

ICA should automatically get information about your work pass changes, but it certainly would not hurt to write to them.
If what you wrote is correct, you are probably the best-paid WP-holder in Singapore at S$115k/year!
