The processing lduration of an LTVP application for your spouse largely depends on whether you had a PMLA done beforehand.

With approved PMLA, it will take a maximum of 6 weeks, and often much faster.

Without PMLA, it takes between 6 weeks and 6 months, depending on the complexity of your case.
