hi. how to Check my company applied for renewal or no ? because they said applied. but when i check status my current pass expiry date only shows . never show applied renewal status. how to check that any idea ?

If they applied and it was entered into MoM's system, you will see "pending".

The employer should contact MoM to find out what is wrong!

EP renewal process can take a few weeks, and it’s normal if the status doesn’t update right away. If MOM needs extra documents, they usually contact you directly. Best thing is to keep an eye on your email and check the portal every now and then.
