From Withdrawn IPA to Employment Pass Renewal Approval – My Experience

I want to share my recent experience of renewing my Employment Pass with a complicated case. Many people come here feeling anxious and nervous, but once they get what they want, they don’t update their outcome for others to use as a reference.

Recently, I received an offer from a new company, and they applied for an Employment Pass (EP) on my behalf. Once my EP was approved, I resigned from my current company. However, during my notice period, the new company withdrew both the offer and the IPA. Fortunately, my current company allowed me to stay. Subsequently, they submitted a new EP application 12 days before my EP expired, and it was finally approved after 6 business days.
