Hi anyone here with same issues as mine. i just received an email from MOM that it will take 3-4 months to review my new S pass application from new company.  if yes, how many months does it take to get the result?

This is a common thing. Be glad MoM informs you if your application is taking longer than usual - otherwise you would be just waiting blindly!

(And: MoM is in the best position to estimate how long MoM needs, so you should believe it!)
