Hi all,

I am currently working in Singapore, holding a S-Pass. I know that I am only able to work for the employer that stated in the pass and not allowed to find any freelance role in Singapore. However, can I ask, am I allowed to find freelance role overseas?

Please advise. Thank you.

If the work for this freelance role is entirely done abroad, then the Singapore authorities do not care.

But if you intend to perform the work while you are in Singapore, it is illegal.

(It does not matter where the customer is or where the results of the work are delivered or used, only where you are when you work on it.)
