About IPA matter

Indian nationality all are same, but IPA applying time need to clarify employee state or province, I saw last 4 or 5 year India east part of state west Bengal passport holder cannot get IPA approval, I want to know why should this problem. I also work 14 year in Singapore but I come India, find another employee but IPA is not approval. Appeal also not approval, please inform us. Thank you..

An IPA ("In-Principle Approval") cannot be applied for, neither can it be approved, just issued as part of a work pass application process (WP, S-Pass or EP).

Could you please explain in more detail what you mean?

I am not sure how you could assume that people from Eastern part of India dont get IPA letter when their employer apllies for them.

In 2023, in my organisation more than 20 people were hired from India (most of them are into IT), nearly 50% of them are from Eastern part of India, 2 of them were from West Bengal. All of them got their IPA letters less than 4 weeks.

It very much depends on their skills, employer’s records and their educational backgrounds.
