I am currently on S pass in one company, work permit has been applied for me in another company. Today it is showing pending for 6 days. Present company has given transfer letter. Is there a possibility to be approved? I am very stressed

Without knowing all the details of yor case, nobody can tell what your chances are.

@beppi sorry for mistake.

I have been on S pass in a company for a year now, the current company have no job for this i take transfer leter. I also found another company who don't have S pass quota so they apply for me work permit application. Salary give 2.5k+. It is showing pending for 6 days now. I want to know the possibility of getting approved. I also heard that one's cannot go to workpass from spass without crossing immigration.is it true?

I can only repeat: Without knowing all the details of yor case, nobody can tell what your chances are, other than MoM itself - and they will tell you in due course!
