Ep Applied : Oct 23rd

EP Invalid : Oct 30th

Rejection Reason: Employer got from MOM is some inhouse documents missing from employer side.

EP Appealed : Nov 7th

Waiting for results, How long it would take to process the ep appeal .

Processing an appeal takes a similar or longer time than an EP without incidents - and that is anywhere between 2 weeks and 2 months in most cases (some special circumstances might take longer).

EP Applied : Nov 7th

EP Rejected : Nov 28th

Reason checked with employer : MOM needs Justification for Occupation List , Job position they applied is Software Engineer.

Dec1st : Employer collected my technical certifications and degree certificate and they said provided Justification made an appeal again.

What are the chances now?

My Batchelor degree is B.E EEE

Your chances of course depend on the justification your employer gave (and how that addresses MoM's concerns). Since we here do not know these, we cannot advice you, sorry!
