Work Permit Status checking on MOM website

@Fidha Nazar Is there any way that I can check the status of it in MOM? i’ve read somewhere that you can check it on eponline but when i tried to check it you need to have a singpass which I don’t have. My employer doesn’t update much on the progress and i’m quite paranoid about it

You can go to eponline. you no need singpass for this. You just google check work pass application status. Then you will need to enter your ic and date of birth

@Fidha Nazar i tried but it’s showing ”no record”. do you know what could be the meaning? it’s been almost a month. Can you check the status of your application using that website?

If it shows "no record," your application might not yet have been submitted. In my case, once it was submitted, it showed "pending." I am also waiting for the approval. I'm not sure what it will change to when it is approved. I think you should cross-check with HR about the application status.

Yes. Just follow as Fidha mentioned. I can see my pending status after the application was submitted.

Yeah, no record means mom dont have any application under your id. if its processing it will show pending and once approved the status will change to VALID

thank you for your answers. I’m wondering why the HR hasn’t submit my application until now. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I already signed the offer letter a month ago. I’ve sent an email to HR for the status of it and I hope they’ll reply to my email.

@Fidha Nazar  do you know what could be the possible reason why they haven’t submitted it yet? do the employer usually provide a background check first before submitting the application to MOM?

I have never heard of the background check even before the application has been submitted
