How to change PVP to EP II in malasiya

Hi,
I am working as a trainee in some private company with Professional visit pass(PVP),

case 1 : they employer want me to continue the work,so they want to apply for EP .for this how he has to apply ?

->is i need to survive cooling-off period (3 months) ?
->is i need to go back to my home country?
->How long it will tack to get new EP?

case 2 :If i want to change the employer how the new employer can apply for the EP
and
=>is i need to service the cooling-off period,
=>->How long it will tack to get new EP?

Unless you have Degree and 2-3 years work experience immigration don't usually approve an EP https://esd.imi.gov.my/portal/pdf/TC-ES … r-2017.pdf
