Now I'm living in Malaysia.. but now I want to exit from this country.. after 3 month I want to come back again with work permit visa..so now what I have to do?

To return to Bangladesh you book a flight and leave.  If you have overstayed your visa you would need to report to immigration in Pahang.

You need to have a job offer to get back to Malaysia.

The employer will process a Foreign Worker Employment Pass for you.  You would need to have a medical and get a Visa with Reference (this is a single entry visa which is put into your passport in Dhaka before you return to Malaysia).
