Hi dental jobs are not available for foreigners per the list of jobs/industries allowed for foreigners (or strongly discouraged). Therefore you are unlikely to ever find a private dental post. Maybe lecturing - but chances small still.

You can reside in Malaysia on a LTSVP via your husband's employment pass. Technically you can apply for permission to work using this. However, most employers have never heard of this and won't believe you( i know from experience)! Such is Malaysia. But this does allow you to do lower paid jobs and don't then need an employment pass if work approved. by immigration. This could in theory include lecturing dental/medical courses.

However I honestly don't rate your chances very high, or easy to do at least, I would suggest you contact some Universities with medical schools and see what they think. Hard work will be essential to get a position. It is possible - known others to secure employment against the odds. They were dynamic types though, those that don't like a no for an answer! And lucky. Good luck!
