Hi everyone,

I am currently looking for a short-term lease apartment in the Kuningan area, with the following specs:
- for the period of 1st July-31st December.
- Two bedrooms, two bathrooms.
- Balcony.
- Oven.
- Frontload washing machine.
- Budget between 1,000 - 1,200 USD per month.

Would be happy to hear from owners or property agents.

Pancoran Tebet area is near Kunginhan but check google maps for how close that really is. Traffic between the two often very unpleasant.

the monthly rental fee is 1400 usd (negotiable, based on payment method and rental period). Short term rental is acceptable.
