Hello all, I am wondering if anyone here has expirence with any real estate developers in batumi. I know fo DG Group and they are building a project called new line in the center of batumi. The property seems perfect for me and has a great price now however i have heard many bad things about the developer, including they take a longer time than expected to complete construction, and that the payment terms are not very flexible if you do not pay 100% up front. Does anyone know of this developer, or any others you could reccomend I look into for purchasing a new construction 1 bedroom apartment?
