Moving company for boxes & luggages

Hi guys so I’m not in China but I have stuff there in Shanghai . I need a company that will help me to pack and move my stuff : one large box and one small suitcase from Shanghai to Bahrain . Does anyone know any company based in Shanghai with affordable prices pleas nothing  crazy expensive appreciate your help .
