International money transfers

Hello, does anyone know of a bank here that will accept a Euro transfer from Russia, and then convert that into dollars, or the local currency? Because of the sanctions in Russia, it is not possible to send US dollars, but Euros are allowed.

I would check out ABA bank. The best way is to visit a branch officce and talk to their front desk staff. I don't know if you have an account at a local bank. With ABA, it seems you could do a SWIFT wire transfer from Russia to the bank in Euro and it will be changed to USD. The wire transfer is from account to account. You can set this up in the mobile app but you need the sending bank information. I have done SWIFT transfers out of ABA bank back to the US in the past.


IF you happen to be in PP, why not just visit some of the banks or perhaps the bank you have an account at and ask.
