About

I met my wonderful Alin here in Siem Reap years ago. Life has become delicious and unique having her in it. She is stubborn and acerbic at times and whispers she loves me many times a day. Thank you Cambodia.

Interests: I like to walk everywhere I go. I like taking photos. We often visit places in Cambodia I have not been before which I love. Also travel outside when we can.

My expat journey

usavietnammexicocambodia
Siem Reap, Cambodia

Since Sept 2022

Siem Reap, Cambodia

My life is spent walking, being with my wonderful woman, taking photos, drinking coffee.
I have no occupation.
Siem Reap for me is the most beautiful and walkable city in Cambodia. I love all the coffee shops, restaurants, and most of all I met this wonderful Khmer woman here.
I wish tuktuks would stay off the walking sidewalks around town.

Merida, Mexico

2021 - 2022

Merida, Mexico

I had no projects.
I ate tacos and loved this city. Stayed twice.
Just a beautiful colonial city in the Yucatan. Wonderful people, food, great place to do nothing. So I did.

Ha Nội, Vietnam

Feb 2020 - Jul 2021

Ha Nội, Vietnam

I lived in Hanoi, traveled in 2020 where I wanted to go. By 2021, life was difficult and visa laws changed so I left
I'm retired. I do nothing. I do it really well too.
Hanoi has my spirit and soul. I spent many happy days doing nothing in Hanoi.
