Treatment / Therapy Room or Studio rental in PP?

Hi, it's a long shot but I thought I'd ask in case any bright expats have answers.

I had a counseling practice in Phnom Penh before COVID - unfortunately during all that, many of my clients (mostly also expats) returned to their respective countries and I had to close it down.

Some of my clients are starting to return, and are contacting me. I am interested to reopen my practice, but I don't yet have enough clients to warrant getting an office for this yet (property prices also went up the past few years).

I am wondering if anyone knows of any places e.g. health or wellness centers etc, that might rent rooms to therapists? Any bright ideas would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
