Hi,

can a foreigner buy property in Zimbabwe?

If so, is it complicated? What is the process of purchasing a property in Zimbabwe?

Any tips for buying property, such as a check-list of items to verify ?

A foreigner can buy property in Zimbabwe in the same way as a local can. Obviously the property must have clean title deeds. However the monetory authority has restrictions on repartriation of sale proceeds should you decide to sell the property.

@Kundai Is that only of the profits?

So if a property was bought for $50k & sold for $60k, would the repatriation only be the $10k profit?
