I am planning on bringing my shih-tzu as a carry-on to Lusaka from Munich, Germany.

Besides the updated rabies vaccination, what other requirements are there?

I plan on flying Ethiopian Airlines. What should I expect in regards to taking a pet on board? 

Any information or advice would be greatly appreciated.
