Safari Lodge Purchase

Hi
I currently live in the U.K and have run a business here for the past 6 years,i am considering selling up and purchasing a safari lodge somewhere in africa.Ive been to tanzania, zanzibar, kenya and ethiopia and enjoyed all of them
I think tanzania would be a good place to purchase although i may end up purchasing elsewhere. Does anyone now where i can get specific advice on this sort of business?
Im in the early stages of exploring this venture so any advice whatsover would really be appreciated!
Thanks in advance for any help

Hi Michael

Unfortunately I dont have advices for you, business wise, which you would really need.
I write to you coz we share the same dream.
I lived in Dar for almost 4 years. Have since been back to visit 3 times, and I think about moving back every day.
But its not easy, takes resources, or a good job offer !! I understand you have traveled around in East Africa, but anyways- dont hesitate to write me back, for advice or just chatting about Tanzania...
Hi
Thanks for getting back to me,yes ive been to tanzania on 3 occasions whilst working there around 6 years ago,Since ive returned to the u.k i think about going back often. Im now almost in the situation where i can afford to purchase a reasonably priced lodge after working constantly here in the U.K for the past 5 years!
Im probably going to go back around january for a few weeks and then go from there.
What did you do when you worked in Dar?
What took you to tanzania in the first place?
Be really good to hear back from you and thankyou for replying to my message
Kind regards
Michael
