Im looking to relocate with the next 4 years, I am debating to buy rent or build in new communities. I would like to positioned before Akon city is developed.

Depends on many factors, like your budget and where it is that you plan to live and the cost of living there. That cost of living may be much different in 4 years than it is now, depending. I’m building In SN which is fairly inexpensive but my House is probably smaller than what most would prefer. I prefer that option because after the land and building costs, there is no monthly rent or mortgage. If you plan to live in or near a big city, like Dakar or Touba, know that cities anywhere on the planet cost more to rent, build or buy. I’m sure that “Akon city” will be among them. Typically, the more rural you go, the cheaper (most of) your costs are likely to be. If money 💴 is not an issue for you, then the world is yours. Build your fantasy home wherever you want it and rent a portion of it out to keep the 💵 stacks flowing.
