Hello to all in the expat.com forum!

I am actually a “British” citizen, born in Scotland.

My primary language is English but can get by in Portuguese

Having resided in a mountainous area of Portugal for the last 23 years, where I worked and now retired, I am seriously considering down-sizing and relocating to the Agadir area of Morocco.

Having never been in Morocco, my friend and I have booked flights and reserved an apartment in Agadir for 7 days in January 2027 and hope to make contact with the expat community in the area.

Renting a property preferably in a quiet area, before purchasing is a requirement.

Perhaps someone in the expat.com forum may be able to assist me with this?

Because the web page does not have "British" on the list of countries?
