Pre/primary school for sale.

We would like to relocate to Mauritius. We currently own a pre/primary school with 200 students. Our intentions are to buy school with this age group in Mauritius.
My wife has over thirty years experience with this age group. My one daughter does administrations and my other daughter is pupil affair/ liaison.
If anyone can guide us it would be greatly appreciated.
