IMMOBILLIER MAURITIUS

I am not sure if there's any difference but most visitors gets  visa upon arrival

I don't think Mauritius has a visitor visa which is defined as :
Visitor visas are nonimmigrant visas for persons who want to enter  a country  ( US, Canada or some European or Asian countries) temporarily for business - most of the time determined by the Immigration officer/border officer  or sometimes issued by the Consular Services  in the country of origin of the person requesting such visa.

In Mauritius  you may get a Business visa based on the conditions published on the government site.

Tourist visa is dependent on the country of origin of the applicant : sometimes 180 days  ( 2* 90 - extension after the first 90 days) or may be only 4 to 10 days . Check the govt site.

Never heard of  visitation !
BTW: Thank you .

Some officers are the immigration use the term Visitor to mean Tourist. So yes, it is the same thing.
