Hey
Thinking of starting pizza take out & delivery, but lot cheaper than Pizza Hut or domino's. I've worked in Ireland doing this but not sure of regulations here re: industrial kitchen, permits etc.

For this type of business, you will need an Occupation Permit as an investor. But there are conditions attached to it such a a minimum investment and a minimum annual turnover that your business will have to generate.

The food and retail industry here is highly competitive and you run the risk of not being able to fulfill the requirements of your permit.
