if any of the other forum members know more on this or could direct me to where I can source reputable local real estate agents as opposed to ones on the web that seem to specialise in RES/IRS?
to my queries in the post above.
If any surveyor out here on this forum (without needing their services for a particular plot of land or house) would be willing to share the valuation method for arriving at house/land prices then that would be great.
