Premium Visa- parent dependent

Hi there,

Does anyone have experience with bringing along their parent as a dependent on the premium visa?

Any extra requirements or documentation needed?

I have emailed EDB but still awaiting feedback.

In the Premium process, the application for yourself is very detailed as you can easily find out by the checklist and also by applying for yourself. But only after you have applied can you apply for a dependant.

That process is extremely simple, once you have a Premium Visa application number...you quote it when you chose "Dependant" as the category and there is very little to fill in compared to the long financial and other info required of the main application.

Like for yourself, the senior dependant also needs to go through a health check-up and needs travel and health insurance for the full period of stay (which is sometimes hard to obtain as many companies have a cut-off age at 70 or 75)
