I am an American girl living in Egypt and I am trying to find friends who would like to exercise and work out so that we can help each other with motivation I have a few pounds I need to loose but its easier when you have friends doing it with you . And plus with this covid and quarantine we need to stay healthy

I usually go to Gym called body shaper in Zamalek and used to walk a lot there if u like to join I can give invitation to go and explore the gym if u wld like to join

If you live close by in New Cairo or the American university you can certainly join me for kick boxing , swimming and jogging . I do yoga once a week...at a beginner level as well.
