You should think of sharing a flat with one or more because the rent of a furnished apartment will not be less than 2500 for defected flats. For example, I live in a furnished apartment in Faisal in Giza in the Sixth floor (last floor) without elevator and without balcony and I pay 2500 excluding bills.
I want to move to a better one near Mohandessin with elevator  but the rents there are not less than 5000 LE.

Yes I was also looking to sharing a flat also. Maybe I said it wrong. It doesnt matter to me if it furnished or not.
