Cooking classes in Cairo?

I hope other members will give you some info where you can find a local cooking class and do not hesitate to put some recipes on the forum.

She got that catering business but I can check with her if she can teach any of our Egyptian local dishes if you are interested.

welcome to egypt and hope you will enjoy your stay, i"am professional in catering bussiness " international kitchens" & of course for egyptian kitchen as well , i think you don"t need to take classes i can give you lots off recipes and all the methods & secrets of the local "or other" cooking , i think may some other members will love this idea'

I like the idea of Suzana,and it is easy now for any one to shoot a video for a life tutorial and upload it on youtube for reference....isn't the a nice idea

I am interested also to learn  cooking egyptian food.

The CSA (livinginegypt.org/portal/default.aspx) has great classes and can point you in the direction of more.  When you open the link go the the activities tab and then select the what's cooking option.
