Hey Guys -

I was at the Tea house with a buddy from 745p - 830p. It was pretty packed and def. no room upstairs. Sadly didn't see you guys. Next time let's def. exchange mobiles...I totally thought Ginger Hair and Asian dude would be totally easy to recognize! haha. Anyways, hope you guys met up and had a good evening. A la prochaine!

Of course you can join, nothing specific is arranged yet but I will sort something out for next Thursday night (21st April) if that suits people?

Most likely in Zamalek or that area. How do people feel about Sequoia? Or the Marriott hotel palace gardens (was a cosy get together there last night

)? There's lots of space in these places and a nice atmosphere, although the minimum charge at Sequoia is annoying if you're not eating there. Let me know what you prefer and I'll post something definite soon.

Anyone else making plans?

OK - The Plan for Thursday!

Meet up at the Marriott hotel in Zamalek in the palace gardens from 8pm on Thursday 21st April (2011

For more info:
Marriott Garden Cafe

The garden cafe is only open until 11pm, but the Egyptian Nights place also in the gardens is open until 2am and has Shisha if you like it

Anyone is welcome, Egyptian or expat, just walk into the gardens and look for a table nearby with people in their 20s who look like they could do with some sun (I'll be there with 3 friends from England

) It'll be a good chance for newbies to make some friends or for oldies to catch up.

If you're nervous about whether you'll find us, send me a message and we'll sort something out

Well, all my friends will be out of town for the spring break vacation and I would need some company on that day, But I have a feeling I will be intruding if i just came like that with out even planning or helping to plan or maybe even picking someone up!!!

Sorry I didn't get round to replying to this! I had a meetup at the Marriott but nobody new from the forum came really, just me and my friends in the end hope to see some new people at Alain Le Notre tomorrow night in Zamalek.
